Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to relax and complete any required consultation forms.

Please keep in mind that if you arrive late, the time of your appointment may be shortened in consideration of our next clients appointments.

We understand how challenging it is finding time for yourself. We also understand that your 'me time' does not always align with your salon appointments.

To maintain our serene atmosphere and whist we adore children, we ask that in consideration to other clients in treatments and potential distraction to therapists performing treatments that other arrangements are made prior to your appointment.

To be courteous to all other visiting clients we ask that all technology is set to silent on your arrival..

Booking Policy

As time is most our most valuable asset and that we all live busy lives. We ask that you please provide 24hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us enough time to fill valuable appointment times. When your appointment is scheduled it’s a commitment as we set aside the time specifically for you. By making a booking, you agree to the booking policy. Please be advised No shows and Cancellations within 24hours of your appointment time will be required to pay a 50% cancellation fee of your appointment value. This also includes appointments made and cancelled within a 24hour period.

Booking Deposits

Selected services will require a 50% online deposit prior to confirming your booking (this will be deducted from your treatment once completed. Your online safety is a priority to us, therefore please be assured, your card details are protected by our secure platform.
Please note that cancellation/no show policies are still in place and all details are available on our website platform.

Cosmetic Brow Tattoo Policy

Clients are required to pay a $100 deposit at the time of booking to secure their Brow Tattoo appointment. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a MINIMUM of 5 days notice for all Brow Tattooing appointments. This deposit will be held in credit to your treatment or used as a cancellation fee should you not cancel within the required period. (for example, If your appointment is on a Friday, to avoid us forfeiting your deposit, you would need to reschedule on/before the Sunday before) this can also be done via email if clinic is closed. Please note we are very strict with our cancellation policy as clients who cancel within short notice, not only cost the business but stop others from having the opportunity to make an appointment at that time. Due to health and safety precautions we strictly just ask that it is just yourself at your appointment. Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers must be presented upon booking, please quote your voucher number to hold your appointment. No Shows and cancellations within 24hours of your appointment - your voucher full amount will be forfeited.

Parking

There is main street parking with easy access to Zuka Beauty, however if there is no available parking there is parking allocated to the rear end of the buildings. Follow the driveway down the side of Zuka Beauty to the very end, there is also disability parking available.

We reserve the right to change any or all treatment, product and service prices at any time without further notice. Treatment priceing can vary from client to client depending on program, service or product sold to or brought by the individual client based on their personalised needs.
