Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to relax and complete any required consultation forms.

Please keep in mind that if you arrive late, the time of your appointment may be shortened in consideration of our next clients appointments.

We understand how challenging it is finding time for yourself. We also understand that your 'me time' does not always align with your salon appointments.

To maintain our serene atmosphere and whist we adore children/babies, we ask that in consideration to other clients in relaxing spa treatments and potential distraction to therapists performing treatments that other arrangements are made prior to your appointment.


To be courteous to all other visiting clients we ask that all technology is set to silent on your arrival..

Cancellations

As time is most our most valuable asset and that we all live busy lives. We ask that you please provide 24hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This allows us enough time to fill valuable appointment times with our cancellation list.

Please be advised No shows and Cancellations within 24hours of your appointment will be required to pay a 25% cancellation fee of your appointment value to rebook any future appointments.
This also includes appointments made and cancelled within a 24hour period.

Gift Vouchers must be presented upon booking, please quote your voucher number to hold your appointment.
No Shows and cancellations within 24hours of your appointment - your voucher full amount will be forfeitd.

Parking

There is main street parking with easy access to Zuka Beauty, however if there is no available parking there is parking allocated to the rear end of the buildings. Follow the driveway down the side of Zuka Beauty to the very end, there is also disability parking available.

Online Bookings

When booking Online a 25% deposit will be automatically required that will go towards your treatment cost.

We understand that things come up, if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please provide 24hours notice.

Please be advised that if you do need to cancel or reschedule within 24hours of your appointment this deposit will be forfeited corresponding with our cancellation policy, (including no-shows).

This also includes appointments made and cancelled within a 24hour period.
